In 2007, Jackson dove into the food and beverage industry with zero experience. Starting as a food runner and cleanup crew, he stumbled upon his knack for mixology while working as a barback. What stole his heart was the clinking glasses and the rhythm of the bar, turning an ordinary gig into a calling.
Now with over 15 years behind the bar, he has truly honed his skills to be a trusted orchestrator of memorable moments for everyone who walks through the doors of Valentina.
